Primary Care Patients in Family Medicine Integrated Care and ED Utilization (NM)

Description
Conversations are the fabric of our daily lives, both at work and beyond. Often we have a general sense of conversations going well or poorly, but we may not be aware of the behaviors that led to those outcomes. In this workshop, we create a safe space to explore "micro behaviors" of word choice and body language and their impact on conversations and human connection. In a supportive environment of discovery, participants learn how to identify communication behaviors, consider their own habits, refine strengths, and develop new conversational skills that can foster stronger interpersonal connections.
